Just found your blog. Great information. I'm new to gardening so I will be following you regularly. Laurie, where did you get the greenhouse? I am new to starting seed and it would be a perfect fit for my house. I wonder how many seeds can be started using it? I have just under 1/3 acre and plan to use much of it for growning fruit and vegetables so I'll need plenty of greenhouse space to start

Hi Laurie. I'm a lazy gardener and start everything in my garden by putting the seed direcctly in the soil where I want it to grow lol.

If you aren't sure how to process the loofah, there is a post on my site about it. Did you know you can also eat them when they are small? They taste very much like a zuchinni I am told.

Laurie you will love your little greenhouse.I have one and they are great. Hang lights in it to overwinter flowers also besides starting seeds and plants. Easy to move in and outdoors.Wish I had two of them now :)

Love that greenhouse!
I start a lot of things from seed...usually TOO MANY-LOL- one year I gave flats of veggies and flowers away....I had way too many! (and I hate to "thin"...it makes for a beter stronger plant...but i feel so bad pullin those poor little seddlings out!)
It's fun to watch all the lil seeds start sprouting up! I always try to buy at least one "new" variety of plant
