I was so excited to finally make some home made pumpkin pie from my garden pumpkins. I thawed out my pumpkin puree and added the sugar, spices, eggs, canned milk and vanilla. Mixed it all together and put in my pie shells.
The oven was preheated and I was ready to bake for the next hour. (Yea don't look close at my oven...I know it needs cleaned...whatever)
Here they are!!! Two fresh baked pumpkin pies.
I have already tasted a piece and I will admit it is a different flavor than what I am used too with canned pumpkin.
Hopefully Mr H will like them.
